Quick start: go live in five steps

Five steps take you from nothing to a working assistant on your site.

1. Create a chatbot

Go to Chatbots › New chatbot, pick a template, and give it a name and welcome message. Details.

2. Add your AI key

Under Settings › Provider API keys, paste an OpenAI or Anthropic key, or use managed keys if your plan includes them. Details.

3. Train it

Open the bot's Train tab and add your website, docs, or a few Q&As. Wait for each source to read ready. Details.

4. Install the widget

Copy the one-line <script> from the Install tab and paste it before </body> on your site. Details.

5. Watch the inbox

Real conversations appear in the Inbox; take over any chat when a human is needed. Details.
